Set up spreadsheets and standards for data input across the business - currently done using Excell
"Guru" level knowledge of Excell, pivot tables and all other
related functionality of the system and best ways to maximise the
spreadsheets
Using systems internal systems such as Microsoft office suite and REDSKYIT ERPsystems, build a business intelligence model for business reporting across the stakeholders
Solid knowledge of basic database coding and software development coding
System, network security and firewalls
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to carry out business
analysis, interviews with stakeholders and end-users and development a
solution architecture for the business that would grow as the business
needs grow
Ability to handle resistance for change in the IT systems across
the business and the ability to present and explain the benefits
