- Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel, Management, with both the Compliance and Compliance Committee and the External Auditors and Audit Committee.Develop a short and long-term internal audit and compliance plan, goals and objectives.
- Prepare a risk based annual plan for auditing the company’s audit universe.
- Act as an Internal Control advisor/consultant and provide counsel to management to enhance the
- performance of the company.
- Maintain a comprehensive insight into the organization’s current and emerging risk and compliance profile.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are established, regularly updated and in compliance with evolving
regulations, legal requirements, and industry trends.
- Consistently conduct oneself in line with the internal audit and compliance charter.
