Candidate should possess a PhD degree with good research background and significant experience in a reputed college in a similar role. Specialization in Marketing Management/Strategic Management/ Logistics Management/Human Resource Management will be an advantage. Should have excellent leadership and team building skills with ability to adapt to a multicultural workplace requiring understanding and flexibility. Preference will be given to candidate who have had industry experience as well. Age limit: 40-50 years with Experience: 5-10 years of relevant teaching experience.
Responsibilities include
• Heading and coordinating the activities of the Department
• teaching at UG and PG levels
• coordinating the administration of UG programme
• engaging with industry and community
• reviewing the curriculum, forms of delivery and assessments
• liaising with other departments to ensure consistency, as well as lateral and vertical integration of the courses offered
• ensuring that the course's teaching methodology meets students' learning needs and promoting a student-centered approach to teaching
• Collaborates with the administrative mechanism and other department entities to oversee the academic program and ensure quality faculty and student support services.
