- Liaise with Ministry of Manpower in all requirements, specifically Omanisation.
- Participates and conducts new-employee orientations and inductions for the new joiner.
- Participates in and facilitates timely resolution of employee relations issues maintaining an appropriate.

- Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the HR department and company, and prepares periodic management reports.
- Manage the Training & developmewnt programs of th employees &control the budget.
- Partners with employees and management in communicating and implementing the functional HR policies and procedures with their compliance.
- Overseaing & orgnizing recruitment.

Assists in the preparation and maintenance of company job structure, compensation management structure
and job evaluation system.
- Supports best practices for HRIS implementation and data integrity - delivers monthly dash board metrics.
