Core Job Functions
1. To re-measure works as required
2. To prepare monthly progress claims for all projects.
3. To Responsible for collecting payment certificates
4. To work with the clients, PQS and team liaison to agree monthly measures, final measures and variation works
5. To complete site inspections on a regular basis, reviewing progress and possible variations
6. To communicate with the Operations Team on site on a daily basis, understanding the work programme and progress on site
7. To measure and value new rates and variations
8. To generate Sub-Contractor documentation for payments, contra charges and final accounts
9. To monitor and report for Monthly Invoice Submission Details, Revenues, Payment Status and Collection Status
10. To Ensure all invoicing is submitted on due date
11. To delegate responsibilities to the Junior
12. To Monitor and report on Collection of payments
