implementing audit methodology and roadmap to support corporate strategy Advise Head of Internal audit on target setting and provide input to measurement of Internal Audit Unit performance.
- Advise and assist the Head of internal
audit in Collaborating with Business and Functional Units to identify Auditable units with high risks
Audit Process Management
- Advise and assist Head of Internal audit in ensuring internal audit reports and financial statements are communicated consistently, accurately and in a
timely manner to the Audit Committee, Board of Directors, CEO, COO, CFO and all relevant Business and Functional units Advise and assist the Head of internal audit in Creating a cooperative climate
between Functional units and Internal Audit function to promote awareness of and commitment to an effective internal control environment throughout
the company.
Advise and assist the Head of Internal audit in Improving the audit approach and methods, including the use of cost effective new technologies to increase Policies and Procedures.
- Advise and assist the Head of Internal audit in
overseeing the development of effective policies and procedures that adhere to corporate policies and best practices Advise and assist the Head of Internal audit in Overseeing compliance to agreed standards, polices, and service quality levels.
Advise and assist the Head of Internal audit in ensuring that all members of the Unit actively promote customer satisfaction and compliance with Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) standards and requirements and internal Manual of Authority.
People Management
Advise and assist the Head of Internal audit in Motivating the manpower resources by providing the necessary tools and support required to support Audit Committee objectives Advise and assist the Head of Internal audit in planning, managing and reviewing individual performance and provide regular
feedback, development and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary Advise and assist the Head of Internal audit in building opportunities for Internal Audit Unit members to suggest, participate in and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
