1.Participate on the designing of the Hydraulic fracture. And during the design phase, must:
•Simulate all Frac candidates in Frac Pro or Frac CADE
•Simulate all Matrix Acidization in PipeSim or any equivalent stimulation software.
•Lead in the rock mechanics, and engineering planning of fracture operations
•Deliver Simulation results & job design of Frac/Acid / proppant and chemicals as to operation.
•Deliver Simulation results & adjustments after the job
•Deliver recommendations for improvements in job designs based on before & after Simulation modeling.
•Assist in managing the various activities/ studies/ scopes of work/ equipment availability (project scheduling) of the fracture operations
2.Assist in Engineering the Hydraulic fracture operations: perforation TFA, pump rates/pressures, and loads on casing/tubing/packer
3.QA/QC of Fracture operations
4.Assist in the Execution Supervision & Monitoring of Fracturing operations
5.Post operation analysis. Must ensure of:
•Post operation Simulation modeling adjustments report is completed
•Providing Post job engineering analysis and recommendation incorporating lessons learned into future job designs
6.Must provide technical and Frac operational expertise to other members of the well intervention team.
7.Benchmark performance
8.Develop Standard Operating Procedures for fracturing operations and engineering
9.Assist and support well intervention operations & completion designs
10.Coach & mentor other team members in fracture engineering
