•Will be responsible for the troubleshooting, commissioning, and daily operating of the artificial lift pumps; PCP & ESP
•Maintain a database of the types of pumps and the operations parameters of the pumps on a daily basis
•Coordinate with the Production operations, Well intervention, drilling and subsurface teams on the daily operation of the pumps
•Establish and perform analysis on Mean Time between Failure of the artificial lift pumps
•Write the technical specifications/Scope of Work documents required for contracts for artificial lift pumps and service
•Write and update Standard Operating Procedures
•Train and Mentor the Field Operators on the daily safety checks, and maintenance of the pumps
•This is a field based position and the individual will be working 12 hours/day on a rotation 14/14 or 28/28 rotational assignment
