Manage the official emails of the executive office, filtering them, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments for reference and perusal.
Assist in schedules meetings for the executive office and ensuring that the correct materials and information for meetings are kept ready well in advance.
Assist in the travel arrangements for the executive office and managing the logistics.
Assist in conferences and teleconferences by overseeing scheduled appointments, keeping in mind top priorities.
Maintain filing of all communications and documents related to the executive office.
Assist and manage the guest and official delegates to/of the executive office.
Maintain update contact list internal & external for the executive office.
Carryout all tasks and follow up pertaining to any other work as required by the executive office.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
