 Manage the official emails of the executive office, filtering them, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments for reference and perusal.
 Assist in schedules meetings for the executive office and ensuring that the correct materials and information for meetings are kept ready well in advance.
 Assist in the travel arrangements for the executive office and managing the logistics.
 Assist in conferences and teleconferences by overseeing scheduled appointments, keeping in mind top priorities.
 Maintain filing of all communications and documents related to the executive office.
 Assist and manage the guest and official delegates to/of the executive office.
 Maintain update contact list internal & external for the executive office.
 Carryout all tasks and follow up pertaining to any other work as required by the executive office.
 Any other tasks assigned by the management.
