Our client, a local FMCG business in Oman, is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Finance - Manufacturing & Supply Chain for their finance function in Oman. Overlooking 3 manufacturing plants across the region, you will be responsible for providing analysis on manufacturing, supply chain, plant and cost control.

Description
Reporting into the Finance Director and managing a team of 2 financial analysts, this Head of Finance - Manufacturing & Supply Chain role will be responsible for;
- Providing analysis on manufacturing, supply chain, project costs, financial modelling as well as projections.- Business partnering with multiple stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, R&D to set strategic directions (monthly OPEX and CAPEX KPIs), discuss productivity improvements, evaluate suppliers and support the overall business function.- Pricing, tendering and assessing sales opportunities.- Management accounts, forecasts and budgets- Overseeing the accounting process, systems and internal controls
Profile
The successful candidate for this Head of Finance - Manufacturing & Supply Chain role will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a financial business partner supporting the manufacturing and supply chain function within an FMCG. Strong cost control experience within a manufacturing set up is an essential pre-requisite for the role. Candidates must be open to more than 50% of travel as this role requires supervision of 3 production/processing plants across the region.
Job Offer
The successful candidate for this Head of Finance - Manufacturing & Supply Chain role will be offered a competitive salary package of 3,000 - 3,200 OMR, all inclusive of basic, housing and transport. In addition to this, candidates will be provided with medical insurance, annual flights and bonus.
