Report to Program Director. The important responsibility will include: daily contact with customer will be required in order to solve and follow up any issue raised concerning this matter. Mentoring the operation director to ensure the day to day operations to reach to best practise in class.
Immediate subordinates will include all TD/NOC/FM/IM Members and Operation Director.
1. Mentoring of operation director to build up and continuously improve the network operations to a best practise class level for all domains, i.e. Quality and process, NOC operations, Field operations, Network performance management;
2. Supporting Program Director for new solutions set up and transition;
3. Responsible for program transformation, i.e. efficiency improvement and cost reduction;
4. Day to Day communication with customers and engage with customer for operation improvement and business consistency.
5. Transparency is always required as a foundation in business in order to build up strong relationship with customer;
6. Willing to join Huawei for long term and buy in Huawei Core values.
