Job Purpose
Develop the sales of AXA Life and Savings products, under the Partnership with Bank Muscat, by managing a group of customers to achieve required sales targets. Based in a nominated region and being assigned selected bank branches, the job holder will actively promote the products to selected customer segments, arrange meetings, quote and issue policies.
Main Accountability:
• The role works under the guidance of a Team Leader and Manager and is accountable for achieving an annual sales target across a range of Life and Savings products targeted at the defined client segment.
• The role is expected to pursue sales opportunities by securing meetings with client segment based on the utilization of the Bank Muscat client list and through the Relationship Manager of the branch.
• Grow revenue base through cross-selling of other AXA L&S relevant products and client referrals
• The job holder will work with the underwriting teams to ensure all enquiries are accompanied by a full and complete presentation of underwriting information, competitor’s rates/terms/conditions if available and any other information for consideration of underwriters and/or reinsurers.
• The job holder is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relations with customers, providing post sale support as required ensuring customer satisfaction all the time.
• The job holder is responsible for ensuring insurance premium is collected in line with the Company’s terms of business liaising with credit control to minimise outstanding debt.
• The job holder is responsible for ensuring effective management and organisation of sales records and ensures effective analysis of such records to supplement the sales planning process.
