Support all activities of the Organization Management Office (OMO) to drive transformation activities and cultural change within the company
Formulate, design and implement company transformation policies (in English and Arabic), in line with strategy formulated and approved by the Board of Directors
Design improvement measures for focus transformation areas such as project execution, organizational processes and systems, financial health and others
Provide guidelines for implementation of transformation programs
Coordinate and direct activities to achieve the objectives of transformation programs in line with overall company strategy
Maintain record of transformation program status and follow-up with change agents to ensure that measure are implemented
Provide updates of transformation progress to key stakeholders
Advise on reorganization and company policies as needed in line with company strategy and direction set by top management
Identify and suggest potential changes to improve the direction of the transformation programs (e.g. new key initiatives)
