- The General role includes leading a team of Assistant Project Managers and Engineers for residential or commercial build form project. Reporting to the Project Director. being overall responsible for planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning and hand-over stages as
per the objectives set out in the Business Plan to ensure overall project delivery within the set project cost, time and quality outcomes.
- Key responsibilities are to ensure overall delivery of the project within the set project cost, time and quality outcomes through
planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning and hand-over stages as
per set business plan objectives with an estimated operational budget.
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources neededCo-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers
- Review and report all labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites, Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods, Oversee the effective operation of the site through conducting regular site visits and quality checks.
