Roles and Responsibilities:
• Overall experience of long year s in managing and selling and client partner relationship.
• Should have managed customers onsite for at least 3 years.
• P&L, Account / Relationship Management / Consulting.
• Responsibilities include growing the accounts with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. Successful track record of growing revenues in existing accounts.
• Knowledge of working with clients having Technical Sales/Operational Support in Telecommunications applications is mandatory.
• Knowledge of working on bidding for and managing IMS/AMS/BPO deals is preferred.
• Have a strong track record of successfully selling solutions based services to the respective client’s business units.
• Should be able to leverage prior experience to bring in delivery, process & relevant domain knowledge
• Develop/maintain client contacts and actively network with potential client executives
• Ensure quality control in engagement delivery
• Initially have to work as individual contributor &based on the growth of the accounts & Business, will end up managing the set of Account Managers.
• KPIs for the role include revenue, delivered margin, customer satisfaction
• Plan and execute strategy to achieve revenue targets. Support business development activities and develop new opportunities (mining).
• Focus on sale of domain-led solutions, outsourcing/managed services and system integration services
• Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives within the Organization
• Negotiate commercial terms of engagement as applicable
• Work with the delivery team to ensure that project risks are minimized and project goals are met.
• Actively govern project deliveries and client engagement by leadership through Steering Committees with senior client stakeholders
• Work closely with the offshore team
• Collaboration within the global account team as needed
• You will be required to work in cross-functional teams which may include Delivery Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives.
• You must be able to establish and build "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client’s overall business goals.
• Identify new opportunities that showcase company capabilities and hold strong promise for downstream IT work by working with industry/domain heads
• Solid understanding of company’s delivery & execution methodologies. Should be able to deep-dive and get into project-level issues & details.
• Strong Communication and presentation skills
• Should be able to get the NOC for transfer of visa. ( If based in Oman )
