- Lead the review of tenders and customers’ requirements to verify quantities for projects’ pricing.
- Establish and implement a robust system of site records for all labour, plant, materials, staff, etc as support for cost substantiation in the event of change and or delays to the contract works.
- Lead the preparation of earned value calculations and detailed projected project outturn costs on a monthly basis.
- Manage sub-contractors including sending out enquiries, collating prices, comparing with tender, negotiation, order placement, agreement of account and payment.
- Draft commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends.
