Coordinating and supervising registration procedures.
Admission and Registration of students
Advising students on their academic administration matters
Attending to students’ queries and resolving them
Maintain records of student’s scholarships
Prepare reports and letters for external and internal use
Assist Assessment Office/Orientation committee /Graduation Committee
Communication in English and Arabic
Preparation of Academic calendar and various other academic reports including transcripts and Graduation notification
Coordinating the evaluation of transcripts for transfer students.
Maintaining student files
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job role
