The role provides commercial and administrative assistance to sales team to enable them to operate as per Company policies by providing efficient support to sales managers to conduct their business effectively; generate sales orders / invoices in reference to valid LPOs', credit notes, sales returns, job cards, etc.; ensure that the cost / estimate sheets are complete and correct in all respects; issue receipts for cheques received against documented sales, update in system and forward for banking purposes; provide standard reports to sales teams on outstanding dues and collections, follow-up; coordinate with sales team, customers and distribution departments to provide up to date information on stock availability, prices, delivery schedules, etc.
The position will be part of the commercial team within the Retail, Engineering & Distribution team, and report to the Business Unit Finance Manager.
About You
In order to apply for this role you should be a Graduate in Commerce / Accounts with minimum two years of experience in commercial finance with adequate understanding of retail industry.
You will possess effective communication (Arabic and English) and interpersonal skills and will be customer oriented, pro active, flexible and keen to learn. SAP experience preferred.
