Enters data on the system as pertaining to the daily work activities of the vehicles and the drivers for accurate retrieval and report generation.
· Gathers Route Sheets and enters data detailing materials loaded, source and destination, time taken and tonnage per vehicle on daily basis.
· Prepares daily summary report on number and types of vehicles in use in each of the shifts as well as the total tonnage of materials hauled, number of trips and time required per trip; sends it to Manager for review.
· Updates the system with the attendance of the drivers using the daily attendance sheets retrieved from the Vehicle Control.
· Prepares invoices charging sites against haulage services provided during the month with reference to the “Kangaroo Provided Services Summary Report”; forwards to the Manager for review and processing.
· Prepares the “Monthly Control Report” showing the trucks’ hours and the overtime hours against set benchmarks and all other activities performed throughout the month.
· Fills out the “Daily Report” showing the number and types of vehicles used in each shift, the number of overtime hours per driver; sends to manager for review.

· Responsible in exercising due diligence towards health & safety of self & others in the organization
· Responsible to comply with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, standards received from regulatory and statutory bodies
· Responsible for reporting to superior occurrences, events, violations and acts that may impact staff health and safety or the environment
Performs other tasks and activities as requested.
The main purpose of this position is to enter data related to the operations of the section’s personnel and vehicles accurately on the system for proper and timely retrieval and report preparation.
