1-Experience in Central Air Conditioning System. Aware of All type of Air Handling Units, Humidifiers (Humidification), De-humidifiers (De-humidification) system, Heaters and Ventilators. i.e. Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Fans, Return Air Fans.
2- Knowledge of measuring and setting Air Flow, Chilled Water Flow. Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS). Knowledge of setting Double Regulating Valve for Chilled Water Flow.
3- Working experience on Chilled Water line accessories like, Actuators, By-Pass Valves, Isolation Valves, Hand Valves, Pressure Gauges, Air Vents, Air Relief Valves.
4- Adjusting V Belt Tension, Alignment of Blower and Blower Motors, Replacement of Bearings and overhauling of Motors, Blowers etc. Capable of diagnosing of fault and carryout repairs.
