• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure Vendors for latest technologies and evaluation products related to IT Network and Security Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors for regular updates and upgrades on the existing IT Network and Security Infrastructure.
• Ensure Implementation of IT Network & Security Infrastructure Projects by identifying and assigning roles and responsibilities to the implementation team.
• Ensure Vulnerability Management and Audit Compliance.
• Ensure proper processes are in place for all IT Network and Security Infrastructure related operations.
• Managing and Administering, Maintaining & Supporting Enterprise wide Network & security Infrastructure of the Bank
• Identify Training needs of IT Network and Security Infrastructure staff and upgrade skills.
• Periodic Status update to IT Management.
• Responsible for all IT Network and Security equipment available in Production & DR Datacenters while ensuring proper maintenance of systems.
• Managing and ensuring custom upgrades are carried out effectively.
• Complies with Patch Management requirements.
• Coordination with other organizations and product Vendors for Support and project implementation.
• Planning for capacity changes.
