Our Client established in the 1970’s in Oman, is a leading Trader of various products including Electrical accessories and Appliances, Lighting, Sanitary and many more.
Providing end to end services to clients across Oman and the GCC in various sectors.
As the company is currently restructuring, we are seeking a senior individual who is experienced in managing multiple functions within an organization and is driven by success.
Key role is to oversee and guide the day to day operations of the Companies within the Group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations across all areas of the business
- As this is a closely run family operation, it is essential that you possess an ability be confidential and sensitive in all your functions
- Full P&L responsibility for the group of companies
- Guide and lead the senior team in their daily tasks
- Develop and implement operating systems and procedures where necessary
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide corrective action where necessary
- Seek new opportunities for the organization
