Implement equipment management control for availability of equipment and supplies at base and line stations.
Analyze monthly consumptions and monitor abnormal usage and keep WY management posted.
Implement inventory lifecycle as and when required to improve efficiency and quality control.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure equipment availability at all times.
Carry out physical checks on departure and arrival flight to ensure caterer’s compliance to GLP's, identify stations and flights having non-compliance and initiate corrective action.
Monitor and record consumption for capital and NON capital items.
Implement galley packing scenarios and GLP specifications through the guidance of the Senior Officer of Inflight Service Operations Planning
Publish GLP's on every schedule change, meal uplift or product and service change as directed to ensure the stakeholders have access to the correct/updated GLP's at all times.
Support the department in equipment packing and service requirements and scenarios. Prepare reports as and when required.
Report equipment short fall in quality to supply chain management.
Supervise the daily activities and work of direct reports and ensure compliance to company standards and business goals.
Update caterers on changes to GLPs, new product introductions and new aircrafts joining.
