• Assist in assembling necessary background material for all internal and external meetings and prepare review brief for the Line Managers.
• Follow-up on all internal action required by Team members in respect of memos/notes initiating from the Team’s or decisions arrived at in Committee meetings attended by the team members.
• Organise flow of work in the Department by receiving, reviewing and routing business correspondence to the concerned Head of Departments within SGRF for comments/review feedback.
• Assist in preparing all reports originating in the Department to the Committees.
• Initiate draft correspondence originating from the Team members to external managers and other concerned agencies as required by the business of SGRF for review of the Line Managers.
• Maintain all important and sensitive files relating to the Committee.
• Plan major meeting itinery for the Team members.
• Handles special tasks & assignments as required
