ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers.About the Position
The position is mainly responsible for supporting the branch accountant in receivables and payables function by maintaining proper records of transactions. Invoicing, traffic fines management, collections, reports for management, etc are some of the key accountabilities of the position. The position ensures adherence to group accounting principles, as prescribed by AFSS, understanding of business SOP & integration into the IT platform and ensures business policies and procedures are implemented.
The position will report to the Country Manager of Al-Futtaim Auto Centre.
About You
You will be an Graduate/Diploma holder Omani national with 5+ years of accounting /administration experience in auto sector or related industries. You will possess Relationship Building skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be competent to analyze market information with an ability to drive through complex solutions. Planning, organizing and ability to balance multiple demands is a key requirement of the job. You should be target oriented with a drive to exceed demanding challenges and will be a team player across all business functions.
You will be well versed with MS Office & Windows applications.
