ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers.About the Position
To ensure the customer is dealt with in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in class customer service by adhering to agreed business standards concerning vehicle check out, delivery, collections, exchanges and transfers process. The position will explain the basic terms and conditions to the customer, secure payment where necessary along with documents and get the customer to sign the rental agreement; ensures that the vehicle check report is accurately filled out at the time of delivery and collection and that the log sheet is maintained.
The position ensures that all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure customer satisfaction and where required customer challenges are escalated to the CSR/Supervisor as per process agreed; reports to work in proper uniform as per agreed uniform policy and is properly groomed. You will also ensure strict compliance to the set AF Way behaviours. The position will be based at the ALAC airport counter and will report to the Country Manager of Al-Futtaim Auto Centre.
About You
You will be a Secondary School Omani national with 2+ years of relevenat experience in auto sector, hospitality or related industries. Understanding of vehicle rentals will be an added advantage.
You will possess good customer service and communication skills, will be a team player and will be well groomed at all times.
