• To lead and manage the service delivery personnel assigned to the management contracts
• To manage service delivery procedures, work instructions and other instructions related to successful delivery of agreed scope and contract requirements
• Provide customers a single point of contact for management and ensure service delivery and SLA compliance.
• Manage and maintain services scope as per services contract and ensure customers understand their obligations in regard to service deliverables.
• Manage and oversee the delivery of services by major sub-contractors to ensure all obligations and SLAs are continually met and exceeded
• Oversee and maintain operational processes, disciplines, and of escalation of issues internally and externally as appropriate to ensure compliant service delivery
• Ensure that Customers receive appropriate and timely reporting as required by the Services Contracts
• Lead monthly service reviews and other forums to ensure that services and related issues are managed successfully
• Lead and prioritise areas for improvement to ensure enhanced service quality and best practice delivery
• Lead and manage the coordination of variation and other change request response and implementation of approved changes
• Oversee the change implementation into service delivery operations in coordination with Customer and disengagement plan of the incumbent with minimal impact to users
• Interact with the Project, Operations & Engineering Teams ensuring constant awareness of service provision issues including specific Customer activities such as, special operations events, service delivery sign offs and transition activity development
• Manage sub-contractors deliverables and adherence to agreed scope and outcomes
• Ensure all operational documentations remain up to date and relevant
• Conduct briefings with Customers to ensure understanding of the MMR/MDN system, service and functionality to be delivered under the Contract and the involvement of Customers in the process
• Manage budget requirements and improve gross margins by influencing and achieving savings of controllable costs as well as working collaboratively with the sales team to drive revenue growth
• Develop, lead and drive effective stakeholder relationships with a view to delivering ultimate user experience and maximising customer satisfaction
• Be a strong customer advocate to ensure constant awareness of service provision priorities and issues
• Champion change programs to ensure effective and smooth transition of project enhancements
• Participate in agreed Governance and reporting structures with full audit ability and transparency
• Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
• Maintain a current understanding of products available from appropriate Motorola facilities and third party sources to ensure that system solutions offered incorporate the optimum combination of equipment and technology available, given cost and profit targets.
