Responsibilities and duties:
- Expected to take a lead in the overall planning of the college including the development and implementation of planning tools like KPIs.
- The role also includes the development of management information; supporting key initiatives in line with the delivery of the College strategy and providing professional support for departments. S/he will be expected to prepare detailed planning and resource allocation plan in accordance with the performance indicators as well as detailed review reports for use by College administration.
- Performs and manages complex professional planning projects, research and analysis.
- Provides overall management of division-related planning issues
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Handles sensitive personnel matters
- Provide performance feedback
