The Sales Executive will be responsible to ensure that sales volume, collection & contribution margin monthly targets are met within the self service channels.
-Ensure the monthly contribution target is met by setting targets with sales supervisors, to ensure profitability targets are met.
-Carry out regular visits to self service outlets in different regions to ensure smooth operation of sales activities, including solving problems of customer (e.g product availability, newly launched products available) in order to ensure volume & profitability targets are met.
-Monitor the rate of sales calls which are productive by reviewing the reports submitted (daily & monthly sales report) to ensure that targets are met.
-Prepare data related to the daily, week, monthly, quarterly, yearly estimated sales and provide to the Sales Manager Variance of actual vs. estimate to be used as the performance measure and to compare to the preliminary sales forecast.
-Create Sales Orders based on inquiries or requests from customers and get approval from Sales Manager based on delegated level of authority.
-Create reports on customer suggestions and requests and pass on to the Sales Manager.
-Conduct visits to customers in order to resolve compaints and follow-up on critical sales orders
-Create new sales leads and introduce new clients.
