· Assist Line Manager in building strategies and tactics for short to medium term. Execute and review the progress periodically
· Ensure the turnover and income objectives are meeting as per budget, minimizing operating and maintenance cost
· Recommend other generation income for the business and ensure business expansion and grow accordingly
· Monitor business compliance by planning and executing compliance exercise to meet OOMCO operational excellence standards and requirements
· Manage the collaboration with business partner
· Assist on establish Terms and Conditions (T&C) with all the business partner for NFR business and full control on the services and offerings
· Responsible to manage all the expansion plan and operation matter within the approved business plan.
· Execute the expansion plan as per Segmentation Approach
· Responsible for right business mix for NFR business
· Assist in Planning and executing the Nationwide and Localized promotion
· Proposed and finalized the yearly promotion calendar event
· Ensure smooth implementation of the promotion and monitor the performance
· Explore new brand for business collaboration with Ahlain International LLC
· Prepare monthly comprehensive Financial Business Report
· Analyse and collate sales figures and provide recommendations to the line manager based on the findings
· Prepare to the line manager the annual budget for the business
· Propose to the line manager the annual CAPEX
· Monitor financial performance versus the budget to manage the business within available resource and allocated funds
· In view of ISO certification, ensure all HSE policies, standards and guidelines are implemented and complied with, in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment
· Manage and maintain the collection by performing close monitoring to ensure income is collected from business on time thus minimizing any financial exposure/risk to the company.
· Monitor new and existing contract / agreements with the line manager by working closely with Legal Department and update clauses as per industry practice and current scenario requirements in order to protect OOMCO business interest.
· Monitor business compliance by planning and executing compliance exercise to meet OOMCO financial standards and requirements
