OBJECTIVE:
• To operate and grow profitable Castrol Auto service and Lube plus centers within the geographical spread of all over Oman.
• To develop, manage and implement all local marketing activities for High-street and
CAS business.
• Seek new business opportunities in line with the stated year plan of minimum
10 outlets.
• Maintain at any particular time a pipe line of at least 25 potential prospects for future CAS.
Develop along with OOMCO corporate a co-branded outlets for Castrol/Oman Oil and
implant the same.
• Achieve sales and profit growth of at least 25% per year considering minimum 10 CAS added yearly with a particular focus on increasing the synthetic portfolio.
• Develop tactical trade and promotional solutions to grow and increase the lubricant sales per outlet.
• Support the sales team to achieve the set targets, KPIs and Milestones through vigorous marketing plan and brand building exercise.
• Manage the allocated marketing budget in an effective and efficient manner.
• Manage Trade events and new product launch.
• Effectively implement IT application and CRM to increase the customer base per outlet.
• Develop an aggressive social media campaign and target at least 10,000 fans in 2 years’ time
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned CAS outlets.
• To manage all the Castrol Auto service outlets & Lube plus in Oman From implementation to execution of these centers throughout Oman.
• Develop new CAS outlets at least 10 per year.
• To manage all local marketing activities for the CAS business (BP and Castrol)
• Implement and manage effective CRM of IT application for users interface.
• To plan and manage the CAS & Lube plus Business to achieve the set business objectives for the year.
• Devise Annual Marketing Plan for lubricant department
• Manage the allocated budget in an efficient role model
• Ensure that the implementation of all the marketing activities are as per Principal’s directives
• Work closely with the lubricant sales managers and the principal to ensure effective implementation of the marketing promotions
• Executive with world class operational excellence against the strategies and plans
• Identify opportunities for synergies and prepare specific execution to optimize returns
• Work closely with sales team and corporate team to manage the marketing activities and the budget
• Monitor and execute brand activity
• Track and report the promotion performance
• Improve brand visibility across channels by outdoor signage
• Develop tactical trade marketing plans within the boundaries of the agreed strategies, initiatives and plans
