• Conducts monthly meeting on all the projects to review project performance.
• Controlling working capital requirements by invoicing and collection on time, controlling inventory etc.
• Resource management and optimization
• Providing necessary job oriented trainings
• Initiative disciplinary action against staff if required
• Initiate gaps in Division’s capabilities, organization structure etc. and take corrective action
