• Exposure to Cost Estimation and establishing strategy to win the “EPC Projects” to be executed under LSTK
• Review of tender/bid documents, specifications and drawings, perform quantity take-offs /detailed BOM, float enquiries to receive quotations for the materials & services, organizing bids for subcontract works and technical/commercial evaluation of Vendors & Subcontractors proposal
• Preparing Techno-commercial Proposal in compliance with client requirements specified in the RFQ, provide pricing in a timely manner and management of tender bids
• Project Cost Control, Project Cash Flow, Project Budgeting
• Follow-up with the procurement department for vendor offers and obtain vendor responses for the technical clarifications raised
• Obtain bid tabulations and cost estimates for various equipments and bulks from the procurement department and review the same to arrive at optimum costing
• Attend periodic progress review meetings and monitor progress of each activity Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
• Profitable & timely order execution by adopting various project management techniques
• Procurement through floating enquiries, offer evaluation, negotiations, ordering, follow-ups
• Timely collection of payments to ensure divisional positive cash flow
• Preparation of Tenders for EPC contracts of Substations, Oil & Gas, Utility Sectors & MEP works for Local and International tenders.
• Familiarization of GCC Tenders specifications and requirements.
• Evaluating the researched data and compiling it together for determining its influence on various sectors of investments.
• Preparing the details of various projects, analyzing the projects separately, compiling the analysis for evaluation, and developing the separate estimation report for major multimillion dollar projects like oil and gas project.
• Developing detailed cost estimates, providing multi discipline project concepts with distinctive cost estimating procedure, Beneficial for capital raising projects for the company.
• Maintaining the current and previous estimation records, and referring to it occasionally for ensuring the range of accuracy, compliance, and completeness in the evaluated results
