The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the MT Manager will be responsible for driving the growth - both Volume & Profit objectives of the company, improving the execution level in the assigned channel to capture shares of sell-out & space, leading & developing In-House field force to create solid operation base & Future leadership team, supervising and developing the distributor team to increase quality of performance, engagement, and share of mind.
