A leading FMCG distributor in Oman are looking to hire a Traditional Trade Manager to join their team in Muscat
The Role
The role would include management of the Traditional Trade channel as well as responsibility for expanding the same. You will have the total accountability of not only maintaining the brand value in the market but also amplifying its impact in the Oman Market. Besides strengthening the channel, you will be responsible for analyzing competitors and market trends which would enable you to capture a bigger portion of the market and maintain the premier rank.
Liaise with Regional TT Sales Management Team
Revenue: Achieve or exceed the sales revenue targets as defined in the Business Plan for the entire TT Division (WS/TT Retail)
Distribution: Deliver Numeric distribution targets set by the management through driving focus on the right KPI’s for TT teams
Trade Partnership: Develop and sustain a strong partnership with customers to influence decision making.
Sales Organization Structure: Recommend appropriate changes in TT Division sales structure based on market dynamics
