At Fubar LLC we are looking to hire an experienced head chef (chef de cuisine) for our new restaurant/bar venture " The Lounge " with 85 to 100 covers.
The head chef will be responsible to set a high level of quality for our cuisine and maintain it at that level.This requires knowledge of a variety of culinary styles from West to East.
At the same time he/she must keep the kitchen operation running smoothly and maintain high standards of accountability and efficiency.
As part of management, the chef de cusine will cooperate and contribute to strategic decisions.
