As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

As part of the Jotun MEIA Graduate Program, We are looking for a dynamic and full of energy Omani candidate for the position of Human Resources Executive, located in Muscat, who will report to HR Manager.
Job description:
- Responsible for handling all joining formalities including execution of induction program for new hires.
- Maintain all employment contracts and job descriptions as per the company standards.
- Ensuring the timely processing of payroll by managing attendance system and providing relevant information to finance
- Analyzing employee engagement survey results, arrange workshops and develop action plan for implementation to positively impact employee experience.
- Keep all HR related policies in HRMS updated, aligned with local and internal guidelines.
