To oversee optimization of employee services and Relations, including effective communication between Employee Relation team and other Omantel employees and provide guidance and advice to the Employee Relations team with the objective of achieving Oman Telecommunications Company’s (Omantel’s) HR strategy and goals.
To operate and implement Employee Relations plans to support the Company business plan, including responsibility for maintaining high levels of internal customer service standards
