Role:
- Head of the product department that ensures technical support for the team to perform the assigned tasks.
- Incharge of the activities of the product support section.
Key outputs:
- Sales and operation of heavy equipment like Dozers, Excavators, Dump Trucks, Material handling equipment like Generators, EOT Cranes, Forklifts.
- Road equipment like Rollers and Motor Graders.
- Construction and Industrial equipment like Compressors and Sweepers and services related to Oil & Gas.
Qualifications:
BE Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical with or without an MBA degree.
Years of Experience: 17- 20 years
Skills:
- Working knowledge on the franchise equipment
- Technical proficiency
- Ability to retain and expand customer base
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS office and other reporting tools
- Excellent as a team leader/ player and motivator.
