A leading Facilities Management company in Oman is recruiting a QHSE Manager. This role is based in Muscat .The successful candidate will implement and promote adherence to the company’s Quality, Health, Safety management systems, policies and procedures
Main Roles include the following:
• Maintain management systems and ensure recertification.
• Active participation in Tendering and development of HSE and Quality Plans
• Development of Procedures
• Undertake environmental health and safety planning. This will include the setting of goals, agreeing priorities and establishing systems for performance management.
• Oversee the delivery of comprehensive operational technical training to promote; develop and sustain a positive Health and Safety awareness culture throughout business operations
• Provide appropriate accident investigation methodology to ensure personal management accountability and improve risk management. This will include monitoring and interpretation of statistical data and creation of a monthly report
• Management of collaborative client relationships and expectations relevant to the job role. Maintain formal and informal communications with clients
• Compliance to all company/contract, documentation, audits and administration procedures are carried out to the company standard
