This is a profit centre head position for Leminar Air Conditioning Company LLC in Oman.
Job Description :
• Manage and lead the company.
• Preparation of company budget.
• Review the customer outstanding and keep the debtors turn-over ratio to the minimum.
• Monitoring the stock level and control the ageing stock.
• Increase the sales of the division and market share of the brands.
• Create, implement and execute business action plans/business strategies related to all products.
• Communicate all marketing and sales development to the top management.
• Set target for sales and marketing team.
• Monthly KPI evaluation for the division.
• Establish, implement and maintain quality management system by taking corrective actions on audit findings, customer complaints, customer feedbacks.
• Establish pricing policies, territory pricing, discount factors, etc.
• Supervising and leading marketing and sales staff towards achieving annual target.
• Monitoring the stock level and control the ageing stock.
• Negotiation and finalization of critical contracts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent before and after sales services.
• Review credit control forms and forward to management for approval.
