General Management
• Project end to end implementation. Working with Project Manager and team members to define the project schedule, project assumptions, project risk, project procurement plan, project supply chain plan, project local purchase plan, project quality and EHS (Environment health & safety) plan
• Escalating all implementation related issues to Project Manager and management on time for quick resolution
• Support teams for issue closure on completed activities
• Interaction with customer on pending issues and seek customer support
• Coordination and support with different Huawei internal teams like design/product/RF
• Daily & weekly update for site implementation
Project Subcontractor management
• Coordinate with Subcontractor to manage the project implementation activity
• Ensure subcontractors are qualified for the job and subcontractors have enough teams and resources to undertake the project activities.
• Sharing site level plan with Subcontractor for execution of activity
• Follow up with Subcontractor for pending issues closure
• Ensure material is planned from main office and provided to Subcontractor on time
• Ensure Site sign/site verification is done by subcontractor in the supply chain system for inventory control and management
• Ensure Purchase order are provided to all parties for various procurement activities, on time
• Coordinate with subcontractor team to arrange site acceptance visits with Customer and getting sites accepted, snag free
Project Quality, EHS & IT tools
• Ensure internal and subcontractor teams are aware of SOP-Standard operation procedures, Quality outputs and EHS regulations
• Ensure teams are trained to perform a quality job while abiding EHS on site
• Use of IT tools to monitor site Quality and EHS
• Use of IT tools to monitor project health check at any given time
• Ensure to close all pending site issues with subcontractors on time for achieve required acceptance rate
