Job Title : Plant General Manager

Reporting to : Country General Manager
Job Description
Identify, establitionsh and monitor Integrated Management System "IMS" objectives, Targets and programs
Provide necessary resources for effective implementation and sustain of IMS
Report IMS performance to the management periodically
Ensure Legal compliance with respect to their scope of activities
Ensure identification of root cause for the identified non conformances/ deviations and to implement corrective actions/Preventive actions 22 Identify the competency gap for their subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions.
Ensure Emergency response plan is effective and Facilitate Emergency drills
Provide adequate support to carry out the internal audits in the plant
Ensure companys values and cultures are reflected in each activity that is undertaken at the plant.
Preparation of O&M budgets (quarterly/yearly and next 5 years), well in advance, before next financial year begins and submit for necessary approvals.
Necessary coordination with the external agencies/interested parties for environmental and safety related matters
Receive, resolve and respond to customer complaints/feedback
Ensure to secure the premises and the facilities
Implement adequate training for the personnel including cross functional trainings
Implement Employee Performance evaluation/measurement and improvements plan
Ensure Omanization requirement and succession planning is not only met but succeeded.
Ensure monitoring and control of contractors & subcontractors activities within the premises for existing and expansion plant.
Ensure full preparation, mobilization plan, and professional handover of the expansion plant.
Lead, Support and Coordinate all the requirements of the new plant including SAP system implementation.
Review and Ensure HR manual is in line with Labor Law
Ensure Hiring of talent people, training and development
Perform other duties as assigned
Educational
Desired Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Preferred Master Degree
Minimum Experience (Type and duration)
Minimum 10 Years with five (5) years previous experience in supervision of technical, operating or maintenance personnel. Preferable Above 15 Years
Required Skills
1. Good communication (oral, reading and writing) skills in mother tongue and English. 2. Must possess integrity and trustworthiness towards the company. 3. Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant background
