Summary:
This supervisory job has a significant operational production and cost impact on the Company as it manages the production of resin in shift maintaining safety and quality.
Key responsibilities and activities:
Operational:
- To impart training to DCS/Field operators.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance of process equipment’s.
- Maintaining stock of personal protective equipment’s.
- Recommending performance appraisal of operators.
- Technical support to DCS / Field operators in case of any process problem.
- Trouble shooting of poly process in coordination / consultation with Production head.
- Smooth running of HTM plant.
- On line monitoring of process parameters
- Assigning jobs in shifts
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the plant.
- Waste minimization.
