Responsible for plant operation and maintenance conforming with best industry practices and standards. Establish plant policies and procedures. Responsible for plant production goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
10 Years with five (5) years previous experience in supervision of technical, operating or maintenance personnel.
