The job holder is responsible for analyzing customer needs and selling lubricants to dealers/retailers in high street to achieve set sales targets.
Actively identifies potential dealers/retailers to sell lubricants to achieve sales targets.
Making cold calls and responding to market feedback to? establish contact ,provide preliminary information and generate new business.
Follow sales process as per ?set guidelines and negotiate price to close a profitable deal.
Prepare estimates and quotations to present a formal offer to dealers/retailers.
Generate reports related to customer visits, sales achieved/lost and stock supply to facilitate management review.
Attend regular meetings with Line Manager to provide update on sales achieved and receive feedback on issues if any.
Qualifications: High School Certificate/Diploma
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of front desk/customer care experience within the automotive industry.
