Job Purpose:-
• To conduct plant maintenance and up-keep all mechanical installations, associated systems and facilities of CCGT power plant located at Ibri and Sohar, so to ensure reliable operation to the fullest satisfaction of the customers and optimum usage of assets; plan, schedule.
• To monitor the execution of routine preventive/predictive mechanical maintenance and breakdown maintenance on Generation facilities and ensure adherence to the company's quality procedures.
• To maintain the plant and building mechanical systems, substation equipment and package mechanical systems and maximize their availability for uninterrupted plant operation by following different maintenance strategies, procedures and through proper job and spares planning.
Qualifications:-
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:-
• 8 years of relevant Experience in maintenance of GT-26 CCGT power plant.
• Familiar with SAP system.
• Experience in conducting mechanical maintenance of equipment in a power generation company
