Manage the complete HVAC Business unit , which includes sales and installation of central ac units, VRS systems,AHUs,package units etc.
1. Prepare business strategy and market plans for each vertical.
2. Evaluate market potentials and sales targets
3. Prepare annual budget for the department in accordance with sales, gross profit margins.
4. General administration of the department
5. Coordinating with warehouse, finance and procurement teams.
Qualification:- Graduate preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a business Management degree.
Experience:- Atleast 10-12 years in HVAC Business
Thorough knowledge of HVAC industry with specific refernce to applied and unitary products
