•You would be working closely with the distributors, enhancing distributor capability, take proactive action in consolidating distributors or doing the due diligence for new partnerships , Initiate and drive
•Channel Strategy and Territory Management to achieve the business plan. Developing volume sales for the specified products. Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels for the products, Streamlining and strengthening the distribution network.
•Developing effective systems / mechanism to monitor market and performance of sales. Analyzing, developing and executing distinctive programs to yield measurable results across the modern trade sector.
