Purpose:
Plan, and control activities of the Division to accomplish budgeted financial objectives for HVAC, BMS, Refrigeration, Commercial Kitchen and Laundry as well as the services business. Direct the areas of product management, sales management, customer service, logistics, and division marketing activities for the Division, which includes a large service center with repair facilities and distribution businesses.
Responsible for achieving budgeted targets vis-à-vis sales, gross margins, collections as well as market shares for Project Division.
Summary of the Job Role:
Develop divisional strategies and objectives consistent with divisional infrastructure as recommended by the Director. Establish and maintain organizational culture, values and reputation in the market place and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory / official bodies. Ensure activities meet and integrate with corporate requirements for health and safety, legal requirements, and general duty of care.
Explore avenues of expanding Division’s business.
Lead the Annual Budgeting exercise and in ensuring that the numbers committed are met by the divisional team.
Oversee all division functions. Monitor progress towards the accomplishment of division objectives. Oversee customer development efforts within the sales organization to develop both existing customers and new accounts to attain market share growth.
Active involvement in Tendering / Estimation / Negotiations for the award of MEP / HVAC / Cold Rooms contracts. Establishing a team culture among service center personnel and holding the team to a high standard of customer satisfaction. Consistently administering company policies and procedures at the service center. Supervising Project Engineers of MEP projects, Cold Rooms, BMS and HVAC Projects.
Authorities:
Negotiate and finalize orders with customers and on suppliers as per guidelines set by company.
Finalize local purchases up to RO 500 max

Recommend staff compensations
